Naxos is the largest island in the Cyclades island group in the Aegean. It was the centre of archaic Cycladic culture.
Beaches in Naxos are different than the beaches in other islands of the Cyclades due to their characteristic length.
In fact, Plaka is the longest beach, located on the western side of the island, where visitors can also find other Naxos beaches with soft sand, crystal turquoise waters and a beautiful view over the neighboring island of Paros.
